Cordial and Knowledgeable Staff

Several quotes received for vinyl deck. The principals of this company were also the installers. They were both cordial and knowledgeable. They offered several options and suggestions. Final invoice same as quote. Communication was excellent as well as the product installed and workmanship. They returned to cover the deck with tarps shortly after deck was installed because of rain. They removed all waste and delivered on what they promised regarding the finished product. Very committed and genuine business individuals as well as sub-contractors/employees.

Excellent Attention to Detail

This company is amazing. We had contracted another Victoria Company to vinyl our deck. We had given them a deposit. They failed to show up and in the end were rude to my husband when he inquired about the status of the project. A friend recommended South Island Decking, and they were terrific. Not only did they fit us in but they contacted us to let us know when they would be working on the deck. They showed up when they said they would. Their work and attention to detail was excellent!
